This blend supports the Root Chakra, your connection to Mother Earth and the chakra that keeps you grounded, feeling secure and connected.

For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over at least 1 Tbsp. of herbs or to desired taste.  Steep 3-4 min.
